Wärtsilä is seeking an experienced Facilities Team Leader to oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site facilities and infrastructure. The role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all facilities-related activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within manufacturing or warehousing environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience.
- Strong background in managing subcontractors and service providers.
- Experience delivering CAPEX and continuous improvement projects.
- Solid understanding of statutory compliance and regulations (e.g., PUWER, LOLER, F-GAS, electrical regulations, legionella, fire safety, environmental controls).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
