Instructor

Wärtsilä is an innovative technology company seeking an Instructor to deliver technical training activities for internal and external customers. The role requires strong technical background, hands-on experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in Field Service operations within the energy and/or marine industry
• Hands-on experience with power plants, engines, mechanical systems, and/or electrical & automation systems
• Ability to confidently deliver training in front of groups, including face-to-face customer interactions
• Proactive, convincing, and initiative-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfort working in a hybrid role, combining classroom, on-site, onboard, and virtual training environments
• Willingness to travel extensively and support training activities across the region
• High commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across functions and cultures
