IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the information technology function through a critical business transition, establishing the IT foundation and overseeing governance, vendor relationships, compliance, and strategy. The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technology environment is properly structured, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Source, evaluate, and manage IT vendors and third-party service providers.
• Ensure IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and deliver IT-related requirements.
• Document and describe the business processes supported by ERP and CRM systems.
• Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
• Own the IT budget - planning, forecasting, and optimising technology spend.
