We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Administrator to provide first- and second-line technical support and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.

Requirements

• User support
• Systems administration
• Cybersecurity compliance
• Coordination with external service providers
• Troubleshooting
• Microsoft and cloud environments experience
• IT infrastructure and security best practices understanding
• ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP)
• IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+)
• Experience working with MSPs or outsourced IT environments
• Onboarding and offboarding processes support
• Documentation of IT processes and system configurations
• Participation in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
