Plant Manager

Wärtsilä Energy is looking for a Plant Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant in Monterrey, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing all operation and maintenance activities to meet contractual performance, financial, and safety targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronic or related) (or equivalent experience managing large operations)
• Strong experience in power plant operations and maintenance (O&M)
• Knowledge of plant performance management and KPIs
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
