Quality Engineer

Wärtsilä is an innovative technology company seeking a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Workshop team in Schiedam, the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical installations, quality management systems, and experience with process improvements within a workshop environment.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of mechanical installations
• Quality management systems
• Experience with process improvements within a workshop environment
• Knowledge of Classification Societies and their regulations
• Experience in Quality role in a Service environment
• Knowledge of Quality operations and processes like Quality inspections, Quality control, measurements and assessment of the condition of components and assemblies, risk management.
