Wärtsilä is a world leader in marine technology and leading the industry's transformation towards a decarbonised and sustainable future. The company is looking for a Field Service Engineer E&A to work on Electrical & Automation activities for 4-stroke marine engines and propulsion control systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with 4-stroke engines (diesel, gas, or dual fuel) and propulsion equipment (CPP, thrusters, waterjets)
- Proven field service background: on-site troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance
- Familiarity with speed governors, engine auxiliary systems, and power generation/distribution switchboards
- Experience with LNG installations
- Track record in troubleshooting, overhauls, and commissioning
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in Spain and abroad up to 80% of the time
- Strong written and spoken English
