Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer with a main responsibility in Servicing Wartsila Gas Engines and its auxiliaries. The role includes executing planned maintenances and repairing jobs on Wärtsilä OEM engines and its auxiliaries according to Wärtsilä instructions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Hands on experience in servicing diesel/gas engines along with proven experience
• Willingness to travel (approximately 80% of the time abroad and domestically)
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
• Solution-minded work attitude with practical problem-solving skills
• Highly effective technical communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interact professionally and deliver solutions to customers during work execution
• Teamwork attitude
