Job Description
Responsible for overseeing leasing activities, promoting apartment rentals, and interacting with residents to achieve maximum occupancy and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Listen intently and show empathy with residents and associates
- Adhere to leasing responsibilities and procedures
- Conduct daily team meetings and delegate tasks
- Prepare leases, files, and move-in paperwork accurately and on time
- Assist with phone traffic, scheduling tours, and follow-ups
