Job Description
Maintenance Engineer at Wasatch Property Management in West Valley City, UT, responsible for maintaining curb appeal, grounds, and overall property appearance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Assists with leasing and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years related experience in gardening or grounds keeping
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment
- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions
