Maintenance Team Leads play a crucial role in each community's success, overseeing the team of Maintenance Team Members and responsible for completing occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus.
- Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.
- Analytical problem solver, developing alternatives and implementing effective strategies.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools.
- Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- A creative and motivating personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
