Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Exemplify the Wasatch brand and embody an owner's mindset.
- Be a detail-oriented and task-focused individual, strong communicator, personable and confident customer service professional, and team player.
- Be organized and accountable, with ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team.
- Have superior customer service skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
