Maintenance Technician - Salt Lake City, UT

At Wasatch Property Management, our Maintenance Technicians provide technical know-how behind every aspect of our apartment communities, performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas, and responding to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools
