The Project Manager participates in the conceptual development of a construction project, oversees its organization, scheduling and implementation, and represents the company with clients and consultants. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- BA or BS Degree from an accredited college or 3 years related experience
- Skill in analyzing problems, developing alternatives, and implementing effective strategies
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and computer proficiency
