Job Description
Residential Property Accountant responsible for daily accounting functions of multifamily apartment properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Thorough understanding of accounting software
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Ability to prioritize work assignments
