Superintendent - Cheyenne, WY

The Project Superintendent will oversee all field operations, direct the flow of work, and ensure compliance with project schedule, codes, and specifications. They will lead and manage onsite employees, coordinate schedules, and monitor budgets. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining building plans, preparing RFIs, and conducting safety training and emergency response.

Requirements

• BA or BS Degree from an accredited college (or 3 years related experience)
• Experience with Adobe Writer
• Skill in analyzing problems, developing alternatives, and implementing effective strategies
• Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and computer proficiency
• Computer skills should include word processing, spreadsheets, and Timberline, Microsoft Office Suite
