Job Description
The Summer Demo Technician plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience through professional equipment preparation, demo program operations, and outdoor equipment expertise.
Requirements
- Passion for outdoor recreation including biking, hiking, and mountain activities.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on bicycles or outdoor equipment.
- Previous experience in a bike shop, outdoor retailer, or recreation operation preferred.
- High school diploma, GED equivalent or higher required (bachelor's preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn new equipment, service standards, and technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
