Service Technician

Service Technicians provide mechanical repairs to washers and dryers at customer locations within their assigned region, working independently and with a strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys problem-solving and customer care, and is focused on quality service. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good driving record
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Effective English communication skills (oral and written); bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are desirable
• At least 2 years of mechanical experience and electrical knowledge and/or training
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck
