Family Medicine Physician - Federal Way Emergency Department

Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians (TECP) is a physician-owned, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team! The role involves working alongside experienced Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to provide excellent patient care at the MultiCare Federal Way Emergency Department.

Requirements

• Self-motivated to learn and grow in an ever-changing practice environment
• Communicates effectively with staff and colleagues to optimize emergency department flow
• Has experience working in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Adapts to the needs of a busy emergency department
• Proficiently performs simple procedures such as laceration repairs, abscess I&D, etc...
• Confidently manages wide variety of lower acuity pediatric and adult cases
• Efficiently manages time on shift to see patients quickly in a fast-paced environment
