Head Lifeguard

The role involves ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool facility while providing high-standard hospitality and service to members and their guests.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• 2+ years experience related to lifeguarding duties
• Current Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR certifications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Organization and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
