Job Description

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Home Loan Division (HLD) to source their own business through Professional relationships, realtor referrals, repeat clients, and other compliant means.
Requirements
- Collection of applicable fees from borrowers
- Knowledge of real estate and mortgage banking industry
- Knowledge of Truth-in-Lending and compliance with government regulations
- Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and construction loan policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and perform problem solving and decision making under minimal supervision
