Under the supervision of the Senior Assistant Director of Student and Family Engagement, the Assistant Director is responsible for providing financial assistance counseling to prospective and current students and/or their parents to afford their WashU education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
- 3 years of financial aid or related experience, or 7 years total financial aid experience.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships and address the potential and current needs of students.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, time management skills, and follow-through.
