Billing Scheduling Associate II - Pediatrics Central Administration

Obtains insurance information and referral forms, counsels patients on financial assistance, and schedules and registers patients over the phone or by email. Primary duties include communicating with physicians and clinical staff, providing patient scheduling services, and explaining billing process to patients and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
• No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
