Job Description
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) screens and enrolls patients to trials, coordinates collection of study requirements, and assists investigators in managing clinical research trials. May be responsible for a varying number of research studies simultaneously.
Requirements
- Implements and manages all phases of study/protocol
- Ensures compliance with protocol guidelines and requirements of regulatory agencies
- Recruits and enrolls study participants
- Develops informed consent packets for study participants
- Explains diagnostic procedures and treatment plans to address participant/family concerns
- Collects clinical data under clinical research protocols
