Performs research, data base and clerical duties in support of clinical research to ensure adherence to protocols and quality of information received.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Clerical skills, database management, data collection methods, data entry, detail-oriented, high accuracy, information organization, interpersonal communication, researching
