Medical Assistant III - Gastrointestinal Center

May lead the work of Medical Assistants in a patient care setting, preparing and maintaining exam rooms, obtaining charts, scheduling tests, and preparing patients for examinations, procedures, and lab tests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with three years of related work experience
• Ability to show proof of a Medical Assistant certification/registration with successful completion of certification exam within six months of hire date
• Basic Life Support certification
