Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) - Acute & Critical Care Surgery will manage patient care, take patient histories, perform physical exams, order lab tests, diagnose and treat patients, prescribe medications, and stabilize patients through medical decision making. The position requires a Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner degree and certifications such as Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. The salary range is $109,800.00 - $197,500.00 annually.
Requirements
- Provides direct patient care
- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures
- Performs critical care ultrasound
- Counsels and educates patients and their families
