Obtains insurance information and referral forms, counsels patients on financial assistance, and performs various administrative tasks in an office setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
- Basic Life Support certification within one month of hire date.
- 3 years of experience in billing systems and third-party claims and/or medical office setting, related customer service.
