Job Description
The Patient Billing/Services Representative (PSR) is a patient-facing role that obtains insurance information and referral forms as well as counsels patients on financial assistance when seen in department for services. The role provides excellent customer service while handling a fast-paced environment and requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
- Three years of experience in Billing Systems And Third-Party Claims And/Or Medical Office Setting, Related Customer Service
