Job Description
WashU Medicine, Department of Neurology, is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the NeuroGenomics and Informatics Center (NGI) to work on big-data research projects related to Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, with a focus on sex dimorphisms, ancestry, and health disparities, and the cross-modal integration of genomics with brain-imaging derived phenotypes.
Requirements
- Perform big-data research projects
- Bundling genetics, multi-omics, biomarker, clinical, and histopathological data
- Develop expertise in the genetics of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias
- Lead research projects, publish in leading scientific journals and conferences
- Participate in grant preparation and reporting
- Conduct experiments, evaluate research findings, and report results
