Research Technician II - Rheumatology

The Yokoyama lab is seeking a dedicated technician to contribute to advancing immune responses in cancer therapy. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to work with both preclinical models and clinical specimens, and will assist with technical aspects of studies and experiments, thorough documentation, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Assist with research studies, experiments and assays
• Perform data entry and maintain data files on research
• Prepare tissue cultures, reagents, probe tests, etc.
• Comply with established safety procedures and maintain required documentation on laboratory and specimen conditions
• Ensure lab conditions and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with established procedures
• Assist with general lab maintenance and cleaning
