RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiology

The department is seeking an independent RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support operations across three clinic locations. The nursing team maintains a highly collaborative environment and provides strong support to new team members. The team consists of 9 physician providers, 3 advanced practice nurses, 5 administrative coordinators, and 14 nurse coordinators. RN Clinical Nurse Coordinators play a key role in supporting the needs of electrophysiology patients.

Requirements

• Perform device interrogations (both in-person and remote)
• Coordinate EP procedures
• Triage patient care needs
• Advance treatment plans
• Assist with insurance navigation
• Provide patient education and safety oversight
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to help patients overcome social health barriers
