Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll and Administration Clerk to support our branch's administrative operations, act as the primary resource for bids, and manage accounts receivable and certain payroll tasks. Responsibilities include managing employee files, maintaining payroll and social benefits, managing inventory, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Ability to manage priorities, adapt, work under pressure, and resolve problems
