Environmental Manager – Portland, OR or Seattle, WA

Environmental Manager responsible for leading environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across Western Region operations. Responsibilities include developing innovative solutions, collaborating with teams, managing audits and inspections, and mentoring local leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years in a highly regulated industry; waste services experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
• Project management experience and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in stormwater and wastewater treatment
• Professional Engineer registration preferred but not required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
