Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Dick's Sanitation is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead the team in Lakeville, MN, with a goal of promotion into a Fleet Manager position. This is a developmental position with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years mechanic experience with truck, light or heavy equipment maintenance and repair
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Knowledge of air brake, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Proficiency in vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair
