At Waste Connections, we are seeking a Landfill Operations Manager to lead the safe and efficient operations at the Potrero Hills Landfill. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing daily landfill operations, ensuring employees follow safety guidelines, and promoting a safety program that prevents accidents and injuries.

Requirements

• 5 or more years' experience in landfill operations or heavy construction industry
• Proficient with the operations and maintenance of heavy equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem solving skills and decision making abilities
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
