Oversees personnel needs, manages landfill operations, monitors budget and metrics, ensures safety and compliance, and participates in financial reviews.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in heavy construction and/or environmental field services
• Ability to work in a physical environment with dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
• Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities
