Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Waste Connections, you will lead and assign work crews, monitor daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance. You will also handle customer complaints and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities
• Experience supervising unionized employees
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Background in transportation, trucking, or logistics
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and business systems
