Job Description
We are seeking a skilled landfill labourer to join our team. As a landfill labourer, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing groundskeeping tasks, and ensuring the safe operation of our facilities. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a skilled labourer or heavy equipment operator and demonstrated safety-first attitude
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively in different styles and contexts
- Experience in the safe and efficient operation of skid steers, loaders, or similar equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks
