Corporate Controller

The Corporate Controller leads all global accounting operations for a growing technology and SaaS business, overseeing end-to-end accounting, tax, and financial reporting, and driving automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
• Progressive experience leading accounting operations in a technology or SaaS environment, including global, multi-entity organizations.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, including experience with complex and non-routine transactions.
• Proven experience owning and leading end-to-end accounting functions, including close, consolidation, financial reporting, statutory reporting, and audit management.
• Demonstrated success leading globally distributed and offshore accounting teams, with the ability to drive accountability, quality, and consistency across time zones.
• Experience driving process improvement and automation, including transforming manual workflows into scalable, system-enabled processes.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with experience collaborating effectively with tax, legal, IT, operations, and business leaders.
