Job Description
The Director of Finance IT Systems will lead the transformation and optimization of the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment, enabling Finance and Operations to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of 7+ Finance IT Systems professionals
- Own the endātoāend Oracle NetSuite ERP roadmap
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and US leadership to understand business needs
- Architect and design NetSuite capabilities that modernize core finance processes
- Lead M&A integrations of finance systems
- Work with Oracle and external vendors to manage licensing, optimize contracts, and ensure efficient system utilization
- Educate Finance teams on industry standards, outāofābox NetSuite functionalities, and best practices
- Streamline both support and development efforts by aligning the right talent with organizational priorities
- Drive continuous process improvements, automation opportunities, and system governance
