Accountant

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years of experience
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintain a high standard of work, and perform consistently under pressure and within deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work with both finance and non-finance teams to resolve queries and maintain accurate financial information
• Strong personal task management, with a high level of self-motivation, accountability, and initiative
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues and work towards practical solutions
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Xero, Epicor, or similar financial systems)
• Experience working in operational finance functions, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
• Understanding of core accounting principles and experience working with financial transactions and reconciliations
