Job Description
Watchmaker Genomics is seeking a strategic Associate Director, Product Management to lead their MDx & Enzymes product management team. This role will be critical in advancing strategy across core molecular diagnostics reagents (qPCR, RT-qPCR, PCR, and isothermal amplification) and enzyme technologies, focusing on product innovation, commercialization planning, and customer-centric features. The ideal candidate is a domain expert with a proven track record in product strategy and leadership.
Requirements
- MS degree with +12 years of relevant experience.
- 2-4 years in people management.
- Strong product management experience.
- Experience leading NPD core teams.
- Deep expertise in MDx applications and enzyme technologies.
