Assistant General Manager - AWRR

The Assistant General Manager supports coordination of efforts between all railroad departments, assists with supervising the leadership team, and helps control expenses in all areas of the railroad.

Requirements

• Lead and manage all departments within the railroad operation
• Establish and adhere to operating budgets
• Establish performance goals and quality standards
• Teach, train, develop and mentor leadership team
• Manage and ensure a positive relationship between all customers
• Evaluate railroad asset utilization and perform routing evaluation
• Develop, approve, and periodically review operating procedures
• Develop and adhere to safety and environmental law compliance
