Job Description
Provide value-added quality service to credit union members by efficiently and accurately handling member transactions, cross-selling credit union products and services.
Requirements
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions within established credit union guidelines
- Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more
- Provide prompt and accurate information to members and conduct basic account research or inquires
- Sell money orders and travelers checks to members and transfer amounts from member accounts as directed
- Ensure compliance with all credit union member service standards
