Senior Global Fundraising Manager

Senior Global Fundraising Manager will drive income growth across the WaterAid federation, developing a long-term global income plan, and leading key initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires experience in global initiatives, collaboration, and negotiation skills, as well as a proven ability to work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of fundraising practices, experience delivering fundraising campaigns, and the ability to analyse data to shape continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in working on global initiatives with globally dispersed teams
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills with the ability to drive integration and alignment
• Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders from across a range of cultures, locations, and backgrounds
• Experience of developing complex plans and strategies - monitoring and reporting against them
• Strong knowledge of fundraising practices and experience delivering fundraising campaigns (restricted or unrestricted income generation)
• Ability to analyse fundraising data and create narrative and actions from that to shape continuous improvement
