7+ years of experience in emergency management, risk management, and security operations. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications in emergency management or business continuity are highly desirable

Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and active Secret clearance required

6 years of experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to produce accurate artifacts

6-8 years of experience in infrastructure, facilities, and/or utility systems, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) certification highly desirable

5+ years of experience in policy development, emergency management training, or exercise programs. Bachelor's degree in public policy or related field, or 10 years of relevant experience

Five years of experience supporting federal or Department of Defense emergency management programs, or 10 years of progressively responsible experience in lieu of a degree, and a Bachelor's degree in emergency management or a related discipline
