Mission Assurance Analyst/Assessor provides effective solutions against threats and hazards at the state and federal levels of government by conducting mission assurance assessments in accordance with assessment requirements defined in the DoD Mission Assurance Construct (DoDI 3020.45).
Requirements
- Provide effective solutions against threats and hazards at the state and federal levels of government by conducting mission assurance assessments in accordance with assessment requirements defined in the DoD Mission Assurance Construct (DoDI 3020.45)
- Assess the impact of utilities, dependency on external facilities and commodities, transportation and disposal, and other services required
- Assess overall security operations of a site or asset to include applicable threats and related vulnerability factors
- Research, analyze, and develop recommendations on topics related to Mission Assurance and critical infrastructure protection
- Utilize specialized computer programs to identify vulnerabilities in DoD/CIKR systems
- Perform assessments on support systems to identify vulnerabilities related to UAS threats
- Plan, organize, and coordinate efforts across organizational lines, ensuring the progress of requirements development
- Monitor ongoing operations and anticipate potential challenges
- Develop and instruct training curricula focused on the protection of Civilian-Defense Critical Infrastructure
- Instruct state, local, and private sector partners on Mission Assurance best practices across the United States and its territories
