Job Description
Award-winning chef Guy Fieri's new dining concept, Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook orders for daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience cooking on a fast-paced kitchen line and culinary certified training.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience cooking on a fast-paced kitchen line and food preparation experience.
- Culinary certified training preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking, following recipes, portion control, and presentation.
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand up and move about the kitchen in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
