The Universal Banker I position is responsible for assisting customers in a dual role focused on delivering outstanding service with every customer interaction, including processing customer transactions, offering bank products, and identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• 2-4 years customer service experience
• Banker Certification within 18 months of hire/promotion date
